LAVENDER'S BLUE
This is a nursery rhymes in a children book. It's not one page. It's a spread. All the lyric in this spread just a half of the whole nursery rhymes.
C FOR COYOTE
This is one page of a children book. There are books help children learn all letters with word to demonstrate that letter. The letter I choose to demonstrate is C. A cat for letter C is quite popular, so I picked another animal that has the name also starts with letter C. I picked the coyote.
BALLOONS IN THE SKY
This is the cover of the book named "Balloons In The Sky". This story was about two poor teenagers played a game. They wrote down their wishes in small pieces of paper. Then they tied those pieces of paper to flying balloons and let those balloons flied away. They believed those balloons gave the God their wishes and their wishes would be granted.
GENTLE ROGUE
This is a jacket of Johanna Lindsey's novel. One of her famous novel was named "Gentle Rogue". This jacket has front and back side. The plot of this story was printed on the back. It also has information about Johanna Lindsey and her next novel called "Warrior's Woman".
THE GIRL FROM YESTERDAY
This is a cover from a book named "The Girl From Yesterday". The now and the past of a high school boy's life were interlaced. A boy and a girl were close friends, but she moved. They lost contact with each other. Time flied by, the boy grew up. All the memories he had with the girl in the past were clear just like all happened yesterday. The girl really stepped in his life again. She was the girl from the past, the girl from yesterday. This artwork was inspired by images on church's glass windows.
MY BELOVED ANH CHI
This is a cover from a book named "My Beloved Anh Chi". This story was a forbidden love story between a boy and a girl named Anh Chi. They loved each other. All the boy's life, he followed Anh Chi wherever she went. Anh Chi's mother didn't allow them to be together and sent Anh Chi to another country. The plane that Anh Chi was on was crashed. Nobody survived.
WHITE BIRDS IN THE SCHOOLYARD
This is a cover from a book named "White Birds In The Schoolyard". There weren't actually "white birds" in this story. Those girl were wearing white ao dai. In Vietnam, high school girls wear white ao dai to school. White ao dai is the uniform for girls in high schools. The "white birds" in the titles actually means high school girls.
CLOUD AND MOUNTAIN
This is a cover from a book named “Cloud and Moutain”. This story was a about the sisterhood of two girls. The first girl’s name meant moutain and the second girl’s name meant cloud. They didn’t understand why they felt so close. Actually they were cousin, that was why.
SAIGON DREAM
This is a cover from a magazine named “Saigon Dream”. Saigon is a big city in the south of Vietnam. Many people in Saigon wear ao dai to work everyday. This is a fashion magazine for people who loves Vietnam or people who curious about Vietnamese culture, especially Vietnamese’ fashion.
TEEN LIFE
This is a cover from a magazine named “Teen Life”. This is a magazine for teenagers. This magazine include information about teenagers' life, stories and other activities.
